Connect with information professionals in the South Central Chapter of the Medical Library Association at the Annual Meeting in Oklahoma City, OK.

We hope you will join us to showcase your products and services and build brand recognition among the attendees from Arkansas, Louisiana, New Mexico, Oklahoma, and Texas.  We will meet in beautiful, revitalized downtown Oklahoma City at the Sheraton Hotel.

Exhibits will be open on Monday, October 14, from 8:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m.  Set up for vendors in the exhibit hall will take place on Sunday, October 13,  1:00 7:00 p.m. and Monday, October 14, 7:00 to 8:00 am.

Booths are 8’ x 10’ and include pipe and drape, two chairs, wastebasket, sign, wi-fi, access to electricity (extra), and upon request one ticket per representative (max of 2 per company) to our opening welcome reception on Sunday evening. Cost for each exhibit booth will be $800 if reserved before September 3 and $900 thereafter.

Sponsorship opportunities are also available in amounts ranging from $500 to $4,000 or more. A general sponsorship amount may be provided, or you may select from a list of specific events.

  • Select this option if you wish to host an event or sponsor an event and purchase a booth.

  • Select this option if you only want to reserve booth space. ($900 after Sept. 3rd)

  • Select this option to register additional booth representatives; this should be selected after completing the "Booth Only" or " Sponsorship + Booth" option.

  • Select this option if you only want to donate a sponsorship amount to support the meeting.
